ORDERS PAYMENTS, DELIVERY  & POSTAGE POLICY

ORDERS / PURCHASES

As mentioned, we do not always have every catalogue item of Tasmanian Tiger in stock in the UK.  If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will email you to confirm latest the situation.

Delivery times will always be confirmed by email. 

To buy please browse our online store or the full Tasmanian Tiger catalogue, and add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart.   Once complete please click on 'Checkout' at which time you will be asked for details required to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart please send us an email and we can amend it. 

Order confirmation will be sent to confirm your order is received by us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we send an invoice.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept Card payments through Secure PayPal Payment Systems. Your account will be debited on order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil the order we will make an immediate refund to your account and email you confirmation. 
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information by post or via telephone. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Delivery of orders are immediate if in stock in the UK, and normally sent to you within 8 working days.  Non UK orders are generally received by the customer in less than 15 days.

A wide range of Tasmanian Tiger product is available online from stock, however some items will need to be ordered from Tasmanian Tiger in Germany which will extend delivery dates by a few days.  In these cases delivery would normally be made within 10 working days.   If you need an item urgently please check our stock position prior to ordering and we can then make special arrangements. 

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

 

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and we will always email you with a more accurate delivery date. 

We would expect all back orders to be received by you within 14 days, however we will always contact you to advise.  

POSTAGE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For UK delivery all orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or next day courier. For overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International service or an international courier.  Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

UK Delivery fee is £5 for orders under £50.  For orders over £50 delivery is free within the UK.

For European deliveries a set fee of £20 is charged.  For larger orders to the European Union over £250 in value, delivery is free. 

Deliveries to the Rest of the World are charged at £20 for orders up to £100 in value, and £30 for orders over £100.

On occasion if the size and weight of an order is such that the cost of sending is prohibitive we may choose to cancel the order. You will always be notified as such.
